·This position will provide Accounts Payable functional support and process analysis for the GCSD PeopleSoft 7.5 upgrade to version 9.0.
·This position will involve developing functional requirements, creating user procedures and training manuals, testing system changes and developing user reports.

Qualifications:
·Accounts Payable experience required consisting of processing experience, system set-up, process and system problem resolution and implementation involvement.
Accounts Payable PeopleSoft experience highly preferred or experience with another major software package.
·Strong customer service communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
·Must be a team-player, detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
·Must be able to work well in a team environment with other technical and functional developers.
·Must be able to resolve problems quickly and independently through troubleshooting analysis.
·Must be able to work directly with system users and the IT community.

Experience:
·Minimum 10 years experience with a BS/BA degree or 8 years experience with a MS/MA degree
Prior implementation experience from a functional perspective is required (other module experience is a plus).
