Business Control Analyst

DESCRIPTION: Identify covenants in documentation and initiate monitoring

in Covenant Compliance System. Obtain Compliance materials through agents,

customers, RMs, and outside services. Log Compliance events in Covenant

Compliance System. Resolve compliance exceptions (violations, waivers,

etc.). Safeguard Compliance materials received. Provide Support to Deal

Documentation Operations as necessary.

EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of banking operations. Must have a BA in a finance

related area.

SKILLS: Good interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Doesn't need

LIQ. Must be documentation savvy.
