Location: Mahwah NJ

Data Architect, IT Strategic Projects ("Architect" is a standard title -
not a senior-level position)

Compensation: 60-80K (target bonus 6K)

Description:

Responsible for technical aspects of the data warehouse environment,
including design, construction and administration of databases and data
movement (ETL) processes. Informatica experience preferred. Business
requirements analysis, project specification, end-user interface design,
administration and support of end-user tools, and development of
customized reports and queries in data warehouse context.

* Design/administer extract, transform & load process
* Product evaluation
* Star Schema and database design
* Custom report/analytics development
* Ensure data integrity and process performance
* Telephone support

Qualifications:

*Engineering or technical BS w/strong computer component, including
database design
*2-3 years systems development experience in data warehouse design
administration
*Strong SQL (Structured Query Language)
* ETL experience required - this is the focus of the job
* Cognos experience a plus, but not necessary
