Electrical Engineer - (US-NY-Rochester)

Compensation: $90K - $105K / Year

PAID RELOCATION
Successful candidate will take the division’s Electrical Engineering needs and identify what portion could be outsourced, and by whom. Specifics include:
1) Writing a Statement of Work (SOW)
2) Vetting out electrical design firms
3) Working directly with the Principle Engineer on the project
4) Working with Subcontracts
5) Managing the schedule and budget of the project
6) Knowledge of ProE design tool


Qualifications:
BSEE or equivalent degree is required. MBA desired.
Must have a minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering.
Must have a broad knowledge base of electrical design to include: digital, small signal, power, and RF.
Must have a background in outsourcing engineering activities.

Experience:
Must have strong experience in digital design, power systems, RF design, and small signal design.
Must have experience in outsourcing electrical engineering functions.


Positions may require citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. This position requires a current Secret type clearance. Additional clearances may also be required.
Candidate Must Have :

* Security Clearance
* BSEE or equivalent
* Must have 7 years relevant experience in electrical engineering
