Job Description	Skills: VB, C++, C#, SQL, QualityCenter, QTP (Quick Test Pro) & Business Process Testing Description: This position will support the development of automated test scripts, test cases and set the standards for QA frameworks. Candidate should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as exceptional technical skills. Must be detail oriented and able to efficiently complete tasks on time. Candidate must understand QA methodologies and processes. Knowledgeable of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (UML/RUP). Knowledgeable about database design and modeling. Strong expertise in all phases of SDLC. Responsibilities: * Requirements Analysis and Requirements Traceability Analysis * Design robust test cases and procedures from requirement specifications * Implement and review automated test cases * Automated unit testing, functional testing, system-level integration testing, end-to-end testing and acceptance testing. * Ensure all product releases meet or exceed defined quality goals * Work with development teams to facilitate and advise unit, performance, and stress testing * Test new applications as well as continue ongoing, repeatable testing for existing applications Desirable: Specific knowledge of Investment Bank/Financial products and services a plus Experience working with trading applications would be a definite plus Education: B.S degree in computers or finance
	Platforms: Windows AS/400
	GUI Systems: Equities Trading Applications with understanding of Market Data
	Database Systems: SQL Server, Sybase or Oracle
	Other Programming Skills (is a Plus): Java, C++.VB
	Business Knowledge: Financial, FIX, CMS
	Communication Skills: Good Communication
