Oracle Financials Metadata Manager

The appropriate person will have a strong Oracle Financials background both on the Technical and Functional side of things. The best candidates will have experience managing a group of up to 10 people. This candidate has to have strong PL/SQL Skills. The position will go to about 120K give or take. This is an URGENT hire.

TITLE

Manager Metadata Development

DESCRIPTION

The Manager of Metadata Development will lead a team of 5-10 technical business analysts, who collectively will do research and build metadata to drive 2 product lines. The successful candidate will have experience with one or more ERP system and command of ANSI SQL.

REQUIREMENTS

- Three (3) years managing programmers and/or business analysts.

- Ability to read and analyze ERDs.

- Ability to decompose and reverse engineer ERP systems

- Proficient in SQL / ANSI SQL.

- Experienced with at least one commercial database (preferable Oracle).

- Highly motivated with ability to work alone.

- Excellent written and oral communications.

- Ability to perform light DBA functions, such as creating tablespaces, db links, etc.
