Requirements for Senior Java Developer
Summary: We are looking to fill a positions in our Fixed Income & Equities Client Reference Data Division. These individuals will be part of a dynamic group that is responsible for defining and implementing centralized Client Reference Strategy. The candidate should possess 5+ years minimum experience building client/server applications with emphasis on Java, JSP, J2EE and DB2. The individual should have strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in high pace environment and multi-task. Experience with client reference data projects preferred. Principal Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of the core components of application. Analyze, design, data model, code, test and implement software solutions Provide daily support of the application Interface with downstream data consumers. Insure data integrity and system stability Experience / Skills: Java, J2EE are required JBoss and DB2 are plusses. Oracle or Sybase are fine. Minimum of 5+ years experience Experience in full project life cycle Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks If not you, would you know someone???
