Responsible for assisting management with implementing and maintaining the proper financial controls, policies and procedures for all departments, divisions and subsidiaries in order to guarantee compliance with GAAP, SEC and Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements. Analyze compliance issues with regard to current financial controls, policies and procedures. Conduct operational audits to determine areas of improvement. Identify potential compliance issues and make recommendations for remediation to management.

Position requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance plus a minimum of four years solid experience performing financial or operational audits in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment. Travel is required up to 40%.

Candidate Must Have :
* Must have a minimum of years prior audit experience.
* Bachelors degree; Masters a plus.
* Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
