Responsible for assisting in the creation of training, education, development, and organizational development/effectiveness programs
10 – 15 years OD/OE/training experience(with emphasis on the OD/OE skills).
Experience and education in training design, OD/OE interventions and evaluations.
Provides leadership to enhance the effectiveness of employees and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction. Assesses critical business issues and designs organization & workforce development and strategic plans to enhance company performance.
Experience and education with assessments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, technical training, education, and experience.
Executive Development.
Coaches managers on leadership skills, and more importantly, provide our leaders tools to coach others.
Provides expertise in the identification, development and implementation of best practices & process improvements, to include processes, systems, and programs to assist the Divisions and Corporation in achieving the strategic growth plans / objectives organizational development focus will be in the areas of culture, change management, acquisition integration & organizational design.
Ability to work with minimal direction.
A business partner who is operationally and results oriented, and understands the role Learning and Organizational Development play in the overall business goals.
Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments.
Preferred Candidate
Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree in OD or MBA preferred.
Experience with a large corporate learning and/or OD environment.
Combine line and functional experience.
Successful Change Management experiences.
Ability to travel.
