Access Contract (4 weeks) Jersey City

This is a 4-week Contract/Temp…Access Expert.

Location: Jersey City.

Hourly Rate: OPEN

I need the person to create a database that will be shared between customer service & quality and training. The purpose of the database is to log lead quality complaints (customer service), create a report for current day complaints to send to pull calls, provide the forms needed to input the results of research (performed by Quality), provide reports and/or queries to extract advertiser specific complaints & details for a response (customer service) and prepare reports and/or queries for isolating credits to send to system to apply (customer service) and use a form (or other process) to post credits into the database for reconciliation purposes.

Lastly, we need to be able to use various data points within the database to report and analyze results. This will require a download to excel and the use of pivot tables in excel in order to slice and dice information to isolate threads of similarity (e.g., bad phone numbers and relationship of same to call center taking the initial calls).

Required Skills

• ACCESS expert; including the ability to set up security to enable multiple users to access & update the database simultaneously while also applying controls to allow only one person to change the structure of the database.
• Incorporate selection criteria for specific fields (e.g., complaint type, credit classification) to only allow specific responses to aid in data analysis.
• Uploading data from another source into ACCESS.
• Downloading data from ACCESS into excel with appropriate use of pivot tables.
• Defining fields within ACCESS for editing.
• Ability to work with a business team to create a workable solution which requires multiple hand offs and inputs.
