The position is accountable for the credit and operational aspects of the leasing programs for an assigned vertical market. Closely monitor the business unit's performance against plan and address variances promptly and effectively. Key elements include response time (credit and docs), portfolio performance (delinquency and losses), customer (vendor, broker, sales, etc) satisfaction, first run yield, volume and price. Establish and maintain goals for effectiveness in application review, approval and booking. . Works in close cooperation with the functional specialist managers who lead primarily by persuasion and influence. Exercise significant credit authority within the duties of the position. Prepare and endorse credit decision and direct credit, doc, funding and exception waiver authority. Assist in business development by working with sales and senior management to ensure that clients needs are understood, considered and provided for within the parameters o fNC4 policy and sound business practice. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, etc., to maintain awareness of market needs and competitive strategies.Primary responsibilities: Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of five years experience in equipment leasing/commercial credit in increasingly responsible positions.Previous supervisory experience.Ability to work proactively with strong initiative and process and organizational skills.Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to analyze issue and determine and implement effective solutions.Must possess excellent customer service, speaking, listening, presentation, motivational and team building skills.

Candidate Must Have :
* 5 years in equipment leasing/commercial credit
* Bachelors Degree in Business or related field or equivalent
