RESPONSIBILITIES:Under general supervision, retains assigned existing accounts while providing counsel and service to clients. Typically works with companies that have complex benefit plans. Essential Functions Under general direction, is responsible for retaining a block of renewal business. Creates and maintains client or prospect lists. Assist producer in writing and installation of new business, and rounding out of accounts. Work with Account Manager and Technical Analyst to market client information in preparation of renewal proposals. Survey claims experience, needs and possible adjustments for existing clients. Design insurance plans and recommend coverage to existing clients with Producer assistance. Create formal proposals for and make sales presentations to existing clients on renewal business. Conduct enrollment meetings, employee meetings, and any other on-site needs. Work with existing clients to resolve complex service issues. May be a team leader.

REQUIREMENTS:Required: 5+ years experience in Group Benefits. College education or equivalent work experience. Skilled in time management and in setting priorities. Must be L,A&H licensed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct group presentations. Strong aptitude for sales and rounding accounts. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients, carriers, and coworkers. Adequate knowledge of carrier procedures, products, and industry operations to effectively maintain assigned clients. Above average mathematical skills. Preferred: Sagitta limited use, some transactional items, Insurance designation Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
