Job Description

The candidate must have experience in understanding and documenting business processes and working with project teams on process improvements. Assist both Operations and IT management to identify opportunities for improvement, determine realistic goals, identify scope, analyze gaps and determine return on investment. Candidate would be expected to perform project management functions with an aspiration to develop expertise in managing complex projects.

The role involves analyzing business processes including scoping, impact and gap analysis, identifying and tracking issues, determining priorities and identifying solutions, development of project strategy and plan, monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress to the key stakeholders. The candidate is expected to learn both by doing and through investigative analysis.

Job Requirements

3+ years experience as an Analyst with extensive project related work within the Financial industry. Knowledge of Derivative products (Swaps) a must; knowledge of DTCC DerivSERV and/or PayRec, or of Calypso Technology products a plus.
