We are a dynamic consulting firm that specializes in the research of historic insurance coverage for companies with a variety of environmental litigation issues. Our clients include a wide variety of corporations, major law firms and organizations throughout the US and Canada, including many Fortune 100 companies. We have documented billions of dollars in prepaid insurance assets on behalf of our clients.

We are seeking an IT Manager to administer our office and remote computer systems, to oversee our graphics systems and to upgrade and maintain our Web presence. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with both our staff and our corporate clients on a variety of litigation support projects. Your work will involve the design of custom Access databases and support of our proprietary SQL database.

You will be responsible for overseeing the work of one employee and multiple consultants and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your managerial skills in an entrepreneurial environment.

Required Skills:

Candidate must have the ability to:

• Manage and maintain a 25 user Windows 2000 network
• Oversee and coordinate the services of outside hardware and software vendors
• Design Access databases and Excel spreadsheets for both internal and client use
• Prepare instructions and user manuals
• Train staff and clients in use of software
• Oversee installation and functioning of document management system
• Oversee scanning and eDocument systems
• Perform Internet research
• Maintain company Web-site
• Software
• Windows 2000/XP
• Office 2003
• Access
• SQL (light)

• Knowledge of the following systems a plus:

o Adobe Illustrator

o Interwoven FileSite Document Management Software
