| Reporting to the Managing Director/Principal Global Equity Derivative Products Controller, the Pricing Manager will be responsible for managing Price Testing for all Equity Derivative Products which will include: Equity Swaps, Equity Options, Collars, Variance Swaps, Cliquets and Equity Linked Notes. Will ensure that pricing procedures are set and adhered to. Will review and explain P&L. Will review pricing discrepancy amongst businesses with an eye toward identifying potential pricing/financial EITF equity derivative issues. Will interface daily with Middle and Front Office personnel, Risk Management and Sr. level Controllers. SKILLS: | · Minimum of 10 years experience (combination of public and private experience preferred). CPA preferred but not required; Equity Derivative or other derivative product experience is required. · EITF02-03 required · Strong knowledge of P&L reporting and explanation · Pricing/ Risk Management experience is required · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems and software quickly · Proactive and energetic with good problem solving skills · Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact easily within a trading oriented environment.
