Staff Accountant:

The Investments group is looking for an experienced accountant with a good grasp of equity valuation, reporting and control issues for public and non-public investments, including funds. Employee will create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and interface with lines of business (primarily Merchant Bank), management, audit and tax, etc.

SKILLS;

• Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Function includes profit and loss estimates, valuations, investment reconciliations, and policy compliance
• 3-8 years accounting experience required
• CPA preferred, accounting degree required
• Private equity or hedge funds experience a plus
• Knowledge of Essbase/Comshare or Investran a plus
