Position Manager
Department Operations - Fixed Income Trade Support
Job Responsibilities · Monitor trade capture, input and confirmation of conventional and alternative fixed income products such as bank loans, credit default swaps and collateralized debt obligations.

· Play a key role in technology upgrades and new product launches
· Periodic review and update of departmental policies and procedures
· Coordinate new employee training
· Participate in employee hiring and evaluation process

Qualifications · 5 Years experience working with trade support/settlements in an asset management or custodian bank environment

· 3 years supervisory experience in financial services capacity
· Solid knowledge of fixed income securities with an emphasis on derivative investments
Personal Characteristics · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Effective time management skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Strong attention to detail
· Team player
Education Bachelor's degree preferable
