As the Director of the Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for the management, planning and execution of all internal audit activities both domestically and internationally. You will lead the development and training of a team of audit professionals and build relationships with all levels of employees within the businesses under review.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and participating in the planning, execution and documentation of all operational and financial audit activities including SOX 404 assessments.
- Implementing and improving audit risk assessment processes.
- Establishing standard audit practices including audit programs, work papers and reporting.
- Reviewing work papers to ensure the work performed supports conclusions drawn and is organized in a clear and consistent format.
- Reviewing and preparing audit reports for distribution to audit clients and senior management
- Preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and the independent audit committee
- Reviewing and evaluating internal controls and policies and procedures.
- Recruiting, motivating, counseling and developing staff of professionals
- Traveling to domestic and international Arrow locations

Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years finance experience with at least 5 years of management experience
- 5+ years experience with an international public accounting firm performing audit responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior managers on financial and operational issues
- Strong “hands-on" work ethic
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
- International audit experience
- Alternate language capabilities
- CPA/CIA/MBA
