Director of Operations - $120-$145k

· Responsible for overall management of Data Center Operations, Quality Assurance, Help Desk and Information Security Departments.

· Will reinforce current release procedures and establish new process where required.

· ITIL Method and Process knowledge

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required

· 10+ years experience with a thorough understanding of Data Center Operations, Security Protocols, Help Desk Operations, and Quality Assurance processes and procedures.

· Experience with HP-UX, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and Microsoft Back office products.

· Enterprise VMware experience a plus

· Citrix experience desirable.

· Experienced with Storage Area Networks.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems in a demanding environment.

· Proven complex systems and architecture design skills.

· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.
