Business Analyst with a current or previous development background. They are a banking technology group. The group develops in C#, .NET technology, but it doesn't matter what kind of development background the candidate comes from (no VB, VBA developers). This person must still be technical. They will look at people who were developers but have not programmed recently. The ideal candidate is someone who is a B/A who can program. The job is a mix of B/A and developer.

Industry experience preferred, but no problem with candidates out of another industry.

They do not want senior level PM types. 4 years experience is the perfect level.

They want this filled ASAP.
