PAID RELOCATION
Supervise and provide support to IRA associates to ensure the success of each individual, as well as the department. In partnership with other group supervisors and associates, ensure that all processes and services are accomplished based on servicing standards, in compliance with IRS and firm requirements and in the most efficient ways possible. Research and resolve complex problems or other escalated issues. Responsible for hiring selection, coaching and career counseling, discipline and termination decisions. Assume responsibility for special projects and assist other teams as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:Two years team leader or supervisory experience or experience mentoring, coaching and training a team of IRA associates 2. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and lead others 3. Three years of IRA experience and in depth knowledge of IRS rules and regulations required 4. Strong written and communication skills 5. Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel Mon - Fri
Candidate Must Have :
* Must have IRA Department Experience (at least 3 years)
* 2 years of Supervisory experience (to include performance evaluation) required
* Demonstrated abiliy to coach/lead/mentor others
* In depth knowledge of IRA Regulations an absolute must
