Critical member of a client project team to perform the bulk of the engagement work as defined by the client contract. The Managing Consultant will be responsible for leading teams of consultants through the project life cycle -- gathering relevant information, analyzing that information, developing recommendations and/or conclusions, and developing and presenting final reports. The Managing Consultant will also be involved in scoping projects to meet client expectations. The Managing Consultant must function as both a team member, mentor, and a workstream leader in time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situations to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved to both client and contractual expectations.

Candidate Must Have :
* Must have external strategy consulting experience
* Must have deep operations strategy consulting experience in several of the following areas: operations improvement/optimization, business process assessment/analysis, supply chain operations, core business operations (manufacturing ops, business process), applications/technology to support business operations (i.e. ERP systems)
* BA required - MBA highly preferred
* Consulting experience w/top tier firm highly preferred
* Industry-specific experience in any of the following verticals (in order of preference): INDUSTRIAL (automotive, manufacturing, electronics,) DISTRIBUTION (retail, CPG, life sciences, travel & transportation), FINANCIAL SERVICES (insurance, financial management, banking)
