Rational IT Specialists are expected to operate in a consultative way to help customers succesfully adopt Rational tools and processes. This may include classroom instruction, preparing seminars, or consulting with the customer to solve their particular problems. This will require that you are articulate, well spoken and technically credible in front of a group of technical and/or business people. This particular position requires a background in J2EE software development, architecture and UML. Experience with Rational tools, especially Rational Software Architect, Rational XDE helpful.
