PAID RELOCATION
In preparation for trading/market risk modeling projects, work as part of Market Risk team. The ongoing role will involve periodic recalculation of various types of market and trading risk, based on revised inputs and parameters (30%). Ongoing maintenance and development of the models, responding to regulatory requirements (e.g., for model validation) and business changes (45%). Communication, and explanation of the models to a variety of stakeholders, potentially includes senior management and regulators (25%).

Very strong analytical skills, minimum of five years education/professional experience coupled with an MS/PhD in a quantitative subject area (e.g. SAS), MS Office packages, in particular Excel and Access, and ability to work with more complex IT packages. Strong project-working skills i.e., ability to manage tasks to a schedule, willingness to work long hours when required, team-working ability. Strong communications skills, in particular the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to a non-expert audience in easy-to-understand language. Good computer skills, including 5-7 years of a combination of experience and education
