Joint responsibility for maximum client service satisfaction for all trust products and services contracted by several complex institutional trust clients as provided in the trust instrument and in accordance with bank policies and legal requirements. Accountable and responsible for client profitability, cross sell marketing plans, risk management, adherence to Global Trust Administrative Committee (GTAC) guidelines, legal and compliance and having knowledge of all product and services. Actively pursues the identification and development of extended business relationships with assigned clients through strategic planning and participates in marketing presentations for new business prospects. Identifies and assists in the development of new products and services.
Abilitiy to travel 30 - 50%.

B.S. Degree or equivalent. Masters preferred or equivalent trust experience.
Minimum 10 years in institutional trust and custody business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills consistent with the ability to deliver client presentations, negotiate fees and contractual agreements.
