We are looking for developers with strong database development and software quality assurance skills. The candidate will work as part of the development team and will be focused on preventing product design and implementation issues early in the development cycle. Candidate should demonstrate expertise with T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, replication, SQL ETL and other advanced SQL Server features. Excellent performance analysis skills, including techniques for analyzing database applications and identifying bottlenecks, experience in understanding SQL Server query plans and estimates, optimizing indexes and queries is a must. Experience with software testing, creating test plans and test cases, test driven development techniques and test automation frameworks would be a huge plus.

The team has an agile development environment with short release cycles and dynamic business requirements. Strong communication, design and planning skills are necessary. The developer will be responsible for all aspects of product feature development including architecture, design, development with specific emphasis on product quality.

Qualifications: Database design and development experience with large scale data warehouses or high throughput OLTP applications is required. Experience with software quality assurance practices is required. At least 6-8 years of work related experience is required. Strong communication skills are preferred. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required. Candidates with advanced degrees are preferred.
