Business and Position Description	To conduct audits of business and administrative processes and ascertaining the effectiveness and efficiency of related internal controls on behalf of Company board of directors. To improve and add value to the Company’s operational, risk management, internal control, and financial processes by managing and/or performing objective assurance and consulting activities. 1. Performing audit, other assurance and special request activities throughout the Company; managing smaller audits and conducting closing meetings with local business managers 2. Prepare a written report to senior management and audit committee (findings and recommendations) 3. Professional Development to further understand underlying businesses and improve on-the-job capabilities (usually self-driven) 4. Departmental activities and other administrative assignments as determined by Audit Director
Job Requirements	1.Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline supplemented by a professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFE, CFA or CISA) or Masters degree in Business-related discipline. 2.4 - 6 years of assurance/internal control or business advisory experience obtained from a “Big Four” or business consulting firm 3.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to be used in influencing improvement and change to operational and financial processes. 4.Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experienced in working effectively with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams. 5.Excellent written communication skills for developing reports to senior management and audit committee 6. Ability to be adapt to ever-changing business environments, flexible to scope and breadth of work, and a willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally. 7. Must be self-driven and motivated to explore solutions to audit, business and personal issues
