This position reports to the VP of Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting. Resource for company's global business and finance communities to help individuals make informed business decisions. Assist management in the structuring of transactions while transactions are still forming. Resource for global accounting community of over 1000 accountants on technical accounting matters. Decipher, digest, and summarize draft and new accounting pronouncements. Provide "headlights" to company's global business, finance, and accounting communities on new accounting rules and SEC direction. Formulate responses to accounting rule-making bodies regard- ing proposed accounting and reporting rules; Launch new proactive accounting and education programs within company; Participate in various special projects regarding large complex, one-time transactions. Major Field of Study:Accounting, BS or MS. CPA required; MBA not required. Innovative mindset (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Analytical skills (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Interpersonal skills; interact with more senior execs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Candidate Must Have :

* CPA
* Big 4 Experience
* Exposure to public companies and SEC filings
* Meaningful experience in minimum 2 of: revenue recognition, derivatives acctg, lease acctg, M&S acctg, HR related acctg
* BS or MS in Accounting
