General Job Description: Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportablility and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and const constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requiremetns allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Specific Job Duties to include:
-Responsible for technical performance, risk mitigation,
schedule management and customer care to assess, develop,
test and deploy security solutions across the enterprise.
-Ability to solve complex integration and technical
problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-Strong process centered leadership on a CMMI level 3 or
higher project.
-Successful leadership in a large software development or
integration environment following a SDLC required.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
since this position will be working with senior level
managers and executives
-Experience with enterprise directory services, Identity
and Access Management (IAM), provisioning, role based
access control, or PKI products is highly desirable
-CISSP or other similar certifications are a plus along
with experience in government security systems.

Candidate Must Have :
* Active Top Secret Clearance
* Bachelors Degree w/14+ years experience OR Masters Degree w/12+ years experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
