PAID RELOCATION
The successful candidate will be a Systems Integration & Test engineer working on a Radar or Underseas development program. Job responsibilities include analysis & allocation of customer requirements, preliminary/detail design specifications, generation and implementation of I&T test plans (MTEPP,SIP), and interfacing with customer personnel to deliver high quality products. Candidate will also monitor and measure the project using metrics, participate in process improvements, and contribute to long term vision of the Integration & Test group.
Desired Skills: Digital and/or Analog Design , RADAR experience, SONAR experience, C4ISR experience, RF troubleshooting
Desired Qualifications: Experience leading efforts integrating HW and SW, formal test conduct and customer interface. Must possess a strong ability to develop schedules, identify critical path, estimate cost, plan staffing, and develop risk mitigation plans. Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

Candidate Must Have :
* Software (C++) experience
* Hardware experience
* Leadership of Systems Integration &Test Team
* Cost/Schedule responsibilities/formal testing/integration experience
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

Candidate must be able to obtain a DOD security clearance
