PAID RELOCATION
This is a project oriented position with responsibilities including federal tax planning, international tax planning, FAS 109, and audits.

Key Focus Areas:
Federal tax planning arising from understanding book/tax differences in areas such as employee benefits, revenue recognition, expense accruals, etc.
Foreign tax consequences of establishing operations in new jurisdictions
Quarterly and annual tax provision
Sarbanes-Oxley documentation
Foreign and domestic tax audits

Qualifications:
Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent and 7 years or more public or private corporate tax experience, CPA a plus

Experience:
Experience in “outbound” international tax for US multinationals
Experience with FAS 109
Clear understanding of the process for converting GAAP accounts to a tax return
Detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Proactive with the ability to get things done, not act as a consultant

Candidate Must Have :
