The individual will be participating in the design, development and enhancement of the next generation derivatives, trading and risk management systems. Candidates are not required to have this experience or even financial services experience. Obviously having that experience would be a plus.

Applicants must have at least 5 years experience as a server side Java developer with a proven track record of success in the design and implementation of commercial software. The person must be well versed in RDBMS design and transactional processing. They should be strong in component design(OOA &OOD with design by interface and design patterns). Knowledge of C++ is a plus as is experience with SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) and distributed applications and multithreading....C++/SOA are nice to have but not required per se.
