Job Description	Provide operational support for 2000+ Windows 2000 & 2003 Servers. Candidate will provide support of the Windows Systems by responding to Remedy Trouble Tickets, Help Desk and Hotline calls. Responsibilities also include application upgrades, server patching, and Citrix Support. Candidate will also provide support of in-house and 3rd party applications in region, as well as for all Domestic and European branch offices.
Minimum Requirement	· Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Operations Center. · Must have thorough technical understanding of Securities Industry methodologies and best practices. · Must have thorough technical understanding of Windows systems architecture. · Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. · Must have functional understanding of networking. · Must have troubleshooting and problem solving skills. · Must have knowledge of Citrix 3.0 & 4.0
Function:	Provide second level Windows server support.
