I filled one of these positions last month . This person works as a part of the Professional Services division. This is a post-sale function where the person is responsible for working with clients to help them better understand how the product should work in their environment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of enterprise systems (BI products or ERP systems). They are responsible for training users as well as working with end users and management to understand their environments and the use of the product.

Job Description:	This is a Client Facing, Post Implementation role. Candidates willl. -Help the customer to get the "Full Value" of the product -Be involved with a lot of "discovery" work to find the applications best set up for the client. -Ask the right questions of clients in order to understand what they need from the product. -Understand ERP/CRM/Knowledge Management Software -Understand Business Intelligence Software. -Act as a "super-user" of Verint's software -Manage multiple projects -Interest in working to "up-sell" clients on products and services. -Must have a degree in a technology related field. Summary: Summary: Provide application consulting to customers and partner/distribution channels. This position will require travel (up to 50%) to customer and partner sites throughout North America. Job Requirements Competencies: Focused understanding of system and application architectures Working knowledge of large scale, Windows and web based, enterprise application solutions (i.e. CRM, Analytics and Knowledge Base/Distribution application solutions) Ability to effectively structure, organize and deliver consultative solution seminars, requirements discovery/refinement engagements and workshops to key users at a management, director and end user level. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion with minimal supervision Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to facilitate interface with co-workers and customers Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a customer focus at all times Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently Ability to motivate and engage technical and business leaders towards the adoption of additional Verint products and services Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technology related field Must have a minimum of 5 years of application consulting/training experience with a high tech organization Ability to work outside the box and still follow a established process of solution implementation and knowledge delivery Solution consulting, application system engineering, system integration experience with a business focus Contact Center domain experience, and SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Objects Expertise highly desirable.
