Integrated Technology Services is seeking a Senior Architect with a broad background in Avaya IP Telephony, PBX and Contact Center solutions. Successful candidate will have strong and direct hands-on experience with gathering requirements, developing detailed designs and leading technology implementations, as well as experience in proposal development and sales support. Must have extensive experience with Avaya IP Telephony design and implementation projects, interviewing /analytical/ report writing skills & issues based consulting. Major Field of Study: Computer Science, mathematics, engineering or related. REQUIRED SKILLS: Voice & Data Network Architecture; Consulting; Voice & Data Network Design; Avaya IP Telephony solutions; Avaya Communications Manager; Avaya Modular Messaging; Other Avaya IPT applications; Telecommunications; Business Development; Engagement Management/Team Leadership. 70% NATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED. Candidate Must Have :
* Avaya certified ACS-Design-IPT OR ACS-Design-Call Center Required.
* Extensive architecture experience with broad background in Avaya IP Telephony, PBX and Contact Center Solutions
* Will have strong and direct hands-on experience with gathering requirements, developing detailed designs and leading technology implementations along with experience in proposal development and sales support
* Must have extensive experience with Avaya IP Telephony design and implementation projects
* Must be experienced consultant
