PAID RELOCATION
Provide coverage of the Loan Investment Management area within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division which includes: A. Two internal registered investment advisors, primarily focused on managing ABS assets in conduitsB. Bermudan reinsurance company - responsibility for oversight of policies and procedures, not day to day functions of the entityC. Financing activities in CIB through the Global Treasurers function and various Commercial Paper conduits and corporate investment vehiclesD. Middle market loan arbitrage underwriting private loans for securitization

Candidate Must Have :
1. 5 plus years experience with regulatory compliance issues. Strong knowledge of Investment Advisors Act in an institutional environment
2. Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
5. Demonstrated ability to assess and identify issues and to formulate recommendations.
6. Ability to read and interpret regulatory and legal information.
7. Bachelors degree required (advanced degree preferable)
8. Series 65 or 66 licenses required. Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
9. Knowledge of derivatives and securitization a plus
10. Demonstrated ability to work on and lead a team11.
11. Strong interpersonal skills
12. Proven ability to work in fast paced and challenging environment. Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
