-Working with Keyword Searches

-Working with DT Searches

-Knowledge of Outlook

****General office Duties

-Would be an assistant to the President of the Company

Must be Business Savvy

Detailed Oriented

Great Communication Skills

Will be a lot of scanning of document (must know OCR Software)

Also Record Management

-Must know Adobe Illustrator

-ING Backup

Looking for individual to have 3 to 5 years experience. There is no special industry that is really that applicable to what we do here. A smaller professional office would probably be best, so they would be used to wearing multiple hats.
