Consults with largest and typically global business partners regarding most complex HR issues impacting their business groups while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices. Leads business partners in managing change in their organizations which positively impacts business results. Creates vision and develops the overall Human Resources plan within his or her scope of responsibility. This plan must be closely aligned with business objectives, and will include, but is not limited to: talent, organizational development, training, workforce planning, compliance, and employee satisfaction initiatives. Leads a team of HR and business professionals in flawlessly executing on HR/business aligned plan. Leadership responsibilities include the acquisition, development and performance management of HR talent, and the influence of both strategic and tactical business decisions through partnership with executive management.

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
* SPHR certification preferred. 10-12 years exempt level HRG experience with a minimum of five years experience leading the HR function for large, complex business groups.
* Understands all aspects of Human Resources and must demonstrate prior experience and expertise in effectively influencing business partners resulting in the successful achievement of business and HR initiatives.
* This individual will also demonstrate a history of achieving results through the successful acquisition, development and leadership of a team of HR professionals.
* The successful candidate will also show evidence of the following: Highly developed interpersonal skills, and the ability sell ideas both upward and downward to the point of commitment.

Strong project management experience with proven focus on measurements and results.
Display exceptional problem resolution and change management skills.
Demonstrate a history of solid judgment decisions.
