Align Information Services Product Lifecycle Management/Supply Chain Systems organization goals and objectives with Supply Chain Management organization goals and objectives. Continue to identify and execute on value opportunities. Work with functional customers to identify, develop and implement solutions that provide divisional and enterprise value. Manage the ongoing infrastructure and support of four Agile system instances, over 5000 users in over 50 sites worldwide. Additional responsibilities include data architecture and technology support of the Engineering search and discover tool, EXPO (over 5000 users engineer user base).
Maintain, extend and leverage strategic relationships with key strategic supply chain partners; Partminer, Agile, Endeca and D&B. Organize and facilitate quarterly business reviews with partners. Jointly develop and track key metrics with these partners as a central component of the relationships.
Continue to leverage various staffing methodologies to manage a �target rich� and dynamic project/opportunities environment with a small high-performance core employee base in conjunction with a flexible staffing model.
Continue to expeditiously and cost-effectively integrate acquisitions and joint ventures into the existing enterprise Agile Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain Systems infrastructure.
This position requires some travel (North America and on average, 3-5 days per month)
Qualifications:
5 Years experience supporting Product Data Management (PDM) systems and services
3 Years managing Supply Chain and/or Product Lifecycle Management projects
3 Years experience managing an IT department
Bachelors Degree required, MBA desired
Experience:
Excellent (written and verbal) communication, collaborative and team building skills are required. Candidate must be customer focused with the ability to forge productive relationships with customers, partners and peers. Must be able to manage a variable work queue with a small core team and manage work spikes with variable labor solutions to satisfy short term needs. Must be familiar with standard project management methodologies including System Development Life Cycle methodologies (SDLC). Must have a sound understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and/or Product Lifecycle Management software systems (Agile Software preferred).
Candidate Must Have :
* 5 Years experience supporting Product Data Management (PDM) systems and services
* 3 Years managing Supply Chain and/or Product Lifecycle Management projects
* 3 Years experience managing an IT department
* Bachelors Degree required, MBA desired
