Job Description:	As a Sr. Developer you must have qt least 6 years of experience using Model 204 (M204) including user language, COBOL Host Language Interface, File Management, System Management, Subsytem (Apsy) Security Management. You will be responsible for the quality and delivery of advanced technical products and business analysis services associated with their specialty or specialties. The incumbent may be an authority and/or expert based upon proven mastery and successful application of their specialty or specialties such as client/server applications, mainframe applications, data base technology, and communications. The incumbent will provide expert counsel in their area of specialty and based on a broad understanding of the corporate infrastructure to assure applications fit with the corporation's technical architecture plans and meet technological standards. The incumbent will participate in all phases of system development and business analysis. Most assignments are independently planned and conducted, with approval required. Most assignments are highly complex and difficult and only broadly defined which require formulation and assessment of alternatives and actions across several functions.
