• Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
• Previous IT managerial experience with both 3rd party software and proprietary applications
• Knowledge of investment management business (preferable hedge funds)
• Strong program and project management experience
• Heightened attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, and a desire to learn
• Knowledge of MS Project, Access, Visio, etc.
• Team builder
• Excellent training/teacher/developer of people skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building (with stakeholders), and interpersonal skills are critical
• Individual should have a high energy level and be a creative thinker in a changing environment
