The PeopleSoft Financial Applications Team Lead is directly accountable/responsible for the successful delivery of Financial Management (FM) Accounts Receivable and Billing technology/process deliverables. This consultant will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. It will be essential that he/she have a deep understanding of Oracle 11i operations/business challenges and translate them into solutions. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. Major Field of Study: Bachelor's Level Degree Working functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial apps with configuration, Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation, Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes, Test plan, scenario, & script development, Medium to large client interaction & process consulting experience, Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, Demonstrated analytical & qualitative abilities for operational metrics, Implement Gathering & Analyzing for Business Requirements.

Candidate Must Have :
* Peoplesoft AR/Billing implementation experience
* Peoplesoft Financials implementation experience (5+ years experience)
* Experience working as a Team Lead for a PS Financials implementation
* Consulting experience required
