The candidate will assume project leadership role in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) area. In this role, chosen candidate will:
1) Lead a diverse and multidisciplinary team of engineers in the successful execution of IAQ projects with strong airflow/contaminant transport modeling, air filtration and purification component modeling and system-level building modeling and analysis;
2) Grow the project context and create new technical and project opportunities through technology leveraging, strategic partnering, and acquisition of external contracts;
3) Interact with Senior Management and communicate strategic vision and project accomplishments;
4) Mentor individual contributors to projects; assure technical discipline and rigor in project execution, and assist in developing technical skills in selected areas;
5) Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to provide timely, accurate and detailed reports and presentations to senior management and functional teams.

Candidate Must Have :
* Must have a proven record of technical and product development accomplishments in IAQ with emphasis in metrics and system level modeling for buildings.
* Expertise in project leadership and demonstrated ability for project growth and preparation of winning proposals.
* Masters Degree -- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Expertise in modeling approaches that couple ventilation and air flow, variable emissions sources, transport of indoor contaminants, thermal gradients, energy considerations and system controls are highly desirable. Also, an Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) perspective that integrates IAQ with comfort (related to air flow, humidity and temperature), lighting and acoustics optimization aspects in buildings is highly desirable for this candidate. The candidate should also have a good understanding on how the customer requirements are translated into technical requirements for product development and should be familiar with Design of Experiments and Quality Function Deployment and Critical Risk reduction tools.

US citizen or permanent resident strongly preferred.
PhD degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) is preferred.
