Job Description:	Title would be Quality Assurance Analyst Group: Equities, Fixed Income & Retail Wealth Management This is a full-time position (8 hrs / 5 days) with occasional Saturday or after hours work. Responsibilities Work as part of a team to develop and execute test plans and test cases for product lines. Verify the correct functioning of the application. Set up test environments and contribute to the breadth of coverage on these applications. Requirements Proficiency with writing test plan / test case development. Experience testing UI and Web based applications. Proficiency with Unix (Solaris preferred) and Windows operating systems. Proficiency with SQL queries (Sybase preferred). Experience with testing / trouble shooting middleware and backend processes Good verbal and written skills. Experience with WinRunner and/or SilkTest scripting and debugging. 3-5 years experience Desired background and skills Experience with large, relational databases a plus. Experience with Silk Performer scripting and Debugging Experience with stress and load testing Ability to develop scripts to be used as tools for testing, e.g. perl, java and shell scripting a plus. Experience with WebLogic applications. Knowledge of QA methodology. Information of the application: The application is a real time messaging system that provides seamless & transparent communication for the institutional equity community. Via the FIX protocol, the following messages are supported, Indications of Interest, Advertised Trades, Order Routing, and Allocations. Three web-based applications are also available. Autex.com (AIOI) supports the sending / receiving of Indications of Interest, Advertised Trades and recaps via a web-based User Interface. BlockData reports on the rankings of trades sent over the AutEx network.
