Senior Business Analyst/Project Lead - Equities

Needs very strong Equities experience. 115 base

Responsibilities

Business analysis and project management within the Equities IT

Division for major initiatives involving Equities Business,

Compliance, Operations and Technology.

Liaise between senior Equities Business management and IT on all

project related issues.

* Specific tasks will include:

* Gathering, analyzing and documenting business

> requirements

* Working closely with IT teams to come up with functional

designs

* Preparing detailed implementation plans including

> milestones, areas of responsibilities, etc.

> * Monitoring and communicating progress, resolving and

> escalating issues, and assessing risk

> * Understanding business priorities to adjust plans and

> priority of tasks if necessary

> Requirements

> * Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of

> experience in IT, business analysis and/or project management in

> financial services

> * Proficient problem solving, analysis and facilitation skills

> * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability

> to promote thoughts and ideas to all levels within the organization

> * Detail-orientated with a structured approach to planning and

organization

* Excellent PC skills including command of Microsoft Word, Excel

and PowerPoint.

* An understanding of the project lifecycle

* Team player

* Must have Equities product knowledge
