My client is looking for a dynamic manager to handle a dual role. As the client assesses and implements new systems, this Manager will be responsible for Change Management and Quality Assurance. The Manager will be responsible for the management of all changes to live IT systems and applications and ensuring their continued availability and effectiveness. He/she will also produce and maintain the Change Management policies, processes and procedures as well as review the Change Management process for bottlenecks or problem areas.
Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Quality standards and compliance regulations are communicated effectively. Will also ensure that the outputs are used to bring about positive change through effective recording and testing methodologies. The incumbent will also manage the definition, implementation and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software and IT processes.

The candidate we seek must possess a BA or BS in Information Systems or Computer Science or related work experience in addition to 10+ years in Information Technology.
*3 plus years managing Change Management organization
*3 plus year managing QA or Quality Control organization
*Familiarity with information management practices
*Familiarity with corporate compliance controls
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
*Strong leadership skills
*Excellent analytical and technical skills
*Excellent planning and organizational skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to assess business priorities and risks and translate into Change Management plans
*Strong knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management Activities
*Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
*Fundamental understanding of application languages
*Fundamental understanding of key business activities within a large corporate environment
