Job Description:	Senior Project Manager Responsibilities : At least 5 years project management delivery experience to tier 1 organizations, not restricted to but ideally from a financial services background, managing a spread of projects varying in size from different environments. Must have experience in managing the delivery of software packages/third party products. Experience of working in the Payments processing / Reconciliations / Exception Management / SWIFT messaging space is an advantage. Must also be a Business Manager with experience of scoping a portfolio of projects for a team of consultants to deliver in a cost effective and profitable manner. Must have experience of directly managing Consultants. Must have the ability to add value to the project delivery, KPI s, customer satisfaction, presentations and drive forward the delivery at client locations. Engage and develop relationships at a senior level To build and manage relationships with all stakeholders. Total responsibility and accountability for projects Mange deliverables to the agreed scope, schedule,budget and resources. To act as the primary interface between the customer for the project, Ensure the project is managed in accordance with the appropriate Project Management methodology. Define the project, agree roles and responsibilities. Select appropriate level of resource Develop the project plan. Undertake estimating as required on scope, schedule and resources required. Set up change control processes. Manage change to project scope, schedule and resources effectively. Undertake risk identification and assessment. Provide management reporting and information Qualifications: Degree caliber candidate Minimum of 5 years senior project management experience
