System Analyst/System Admin. for Global Web Cash Management System

SALARY: 85k to 100k

EXPERIENCE: Experience in ANT scripting and WebSphere Application Server,

experience with wsadmin scripting with Python, solid experience in Unix

shell scripting, experience in deploying, configuring applications on

Websphere application Server, strong understanding of OO design and

concepts, strong understanding of UML design, 3 to 5 years of experience

with J2EE/JAVA, implementation experience in J2EE/JDBC/JMS integration,

excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audience,

teamwork skills with not only amongst EMoneyger developers but also with

other IT teams, experience with Oracle 9i DB, IBM Rational Application

Developer and IBM Websphere MQ Series MMS, knowledge of JSR 168 Portlets is

a plus.

DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for designing, developing and

supporting the Global Cash Management System (EMoneyger). The person needs

to interact with the business users to gather requirements and provide

guidance to developers (both onshore and offshore) to solve specific

business problems. Evaluate and recommend new technology and 3rd party

products to enhance the current systems.

Responsibilities: Manage and build ANT scripts, manage and build wsadmin

(python) and shell scripts, work with Version Control System PVCS, develop

application components using J2EE.0, work closely with business users to

understand the nature of the problem and recommend an efficient technical

solution that can be delivered in a timely manner, review and update the

design review process, interact with other IT managers and ensure that the

EMoneyger implementation fits in the overall global bank infrastructure,

support any problems reported by Moneyger end-users/business users
