Job Description:	RAF #011532 - Advisory Software Specialist/D26 - Systems Development - Websphere Application Technical Lead, planning, analysis, design, programming, testing and deployment of automated solutions for new and/or existing systems and applications primarily using Websphere technology. We require: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years of Information Systems experience. Hospital or clinical experience preferred, or healthcare industry or research experience desirable. Knowledge and experience with Java, JSP Servlets, Rational Rose, XML, Windows 2003/XP, UNIX/Linux, Websphere portal applications, Websphere administration and integration of Websphere security with Active Directory. Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) processes and tools such as Cognos, data integration and data warehousing preferred. Knowledge of UML, MS-SQL, UDB and .NET preferred. HL7 transaction definition is desirable.: Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required. Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Days: Monday-Friday. Available for on-call coverage, 24x7x365 and after-hours and weekend implementations.
