Professional Services Business Consultant – $75/$100k

CANDIDATES OUT OF SMARTSTREAM/CHECKFREE OR PRODUCTS WITH RECONCILLATION/TRADE PROCESSING - THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL ROLE - SOME TRAVEL INVOLVED.

Business Consultant is responsible for the implementation and configuration of our solutions to our customers. As a key member of the project team you will be required to gather and interpret business requirements, complete documentation, translate these business requirements and configure the application to meet these requirements, unit/system test and support the customer in their testing and execute migration and production cutover tasks. Travel is required in this role.

Key responsibilities include :

• Business requirements definition
• Product business configuration
• Implementation testing and cutover support
• Post implementation reviews and audits
• Reports specification and report writing
• Customer liaison and communication

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a financial services back office environment having gained familiarity with reconciliation, case management and exception processing procedures and systems. Alternatively 5 years minimum experience in a consulting services or vendor environment providing solutions to the financial services industry.
